Alpha Healthcare Institute offers a wide range of health solution for families who need retirement living, assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing, and more. We are seeking an experience Home Health Aide, Full-Time / Part-Time to join our team.
The primary role of potential Home Health Aide candidate is to assist in the coordinating resident daily, which includes Bathing or shower assistance, Mobility assistance, vital signs and other professional care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and guidelines, the regulations that govern Alpha Healthcare Institute.
Responsibilities
- Bathing or Shower Assistance
- Dressing Assistance
- Mobility Assistance
- Vital Signs Monitoring
- Medication Intake Reminders
- Transportation Arrangements to Social Functions
- Personal Laundry and Linen Changes
- Assisting the Client with Feeding / Eating
- Simple Wound Care
- General Health Supervision
- AM and PM Care
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Illinois and be in good standing.
- High School /Associate Degrees
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
- Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprinting, and a background check.
- Previous experience in long-term care is plus
- Other releated certification
